Chief Revenue Officer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer who can have an immediate impact, with the following early opportunities: 

  • Work in close collaboration with the Executive team, an engaged team member and cross functional peers to determine macro strategy and deal flow for both existing and future customers.
  • Refining the sales vision and deal cycle to facilitate a consistent pipeline.
  • Build the sales function to deliver the goals you have laid out, in partnership with the Jaid leadership team

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with the leadership team and an understanding of the preceding sales infrastructure.
  • Draw on existing relationships within enterprise organizations to build sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy, playbooks and processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish forecasting, reporting and feedback loops to communicate pipeline, revenue and goal metrics and further enhance product offerings.
  • Attract, manage and lead a diverse and inclusive team of enterprise account executives - including building hiring and performance management processes.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Proven track record in leading a SaaS Sales organization through early stage growth.
  • Prior success in attracting, hiring and developing a diverse, inclusive and mission aligned team.
  • Knowledge of GTM strategy and refining new product and service offerings.
  • Experience in developing resources and processes to support the sales motion and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to forge critical cross functional relationships with leaders and team members across the business.
