Why I Joined Jaid

Ken Dummitt, Jaid’s new Chief Revenue Officer, brings significant experience in global enterprise B2B software sales with a focus on the financial services industry.

His proven track record includes a demonstrated history of driving significant expansion as CRO at high-growth technology companies, including Cutover, a company that specializes in collaborative automation solutions. He also spent over two decades driving revenue at the prestigious SunGard Financial Systems.

It has been 4 months since he joined, so this week, we asked Ken to tell us why people are so important to any business and how that led him to join Jaid.

Meet Ken Dummitt

Four months after joining Jaid, I now know without a doubt that Jaid is the most pragmatic AI platform in the market today. The platform is amazing, and the company excels at everything I was looking for.

Specifically, I was looking for a company that could provide the following three things:

  1. The opportunity to do something great for my clients – Jaid dramatically transforms B2B communications improving operational efficiency, employee engagement, and not least of all – client experience.
  2. An intellectually challenging pursuit – AI and our application of it are fascinating. Jaid is unique in that it pragmatically utilizes existing and proprietary AI to solve business problems. Too many companies pursue AI for AI’s sake.
  3. An environment where I genuinely liked and respected the people and from whom I could learn. I knew it was the place for me when I met the team – both brilliant and gracious is how I would describe them. The values, as I will talk about in a minute, are an integral part of the Jaid DNA. I love them and have always strived to live them – Be Kind, Be Brave, Never Settle.

WOW. What a strong and compelling testimony to the type of culture the team has cultivated. It’s something that has given the business fire to live and breathe their mission: “To transform communications so profoundly that Jaid clients become market leaders and employers of choice.” This is no small feat. When our clients are shining and growing, and we have played a part in that, we can be proud of their success. That success is something I am excited to be a part of.

Since joining, I have been eagerly getting involved in speaking to our impressive roster of clients and educating the market on the unparalleled value we can add to businesses who are ready to take the next step in their journey towards intelligent customer service automation. And when I am not waxing lyrically about AI and Jaid, you can find me enthusiastically talking about my two kids!
