Lysis CEO Jon Sweet joins Opsmatix executive advisory team.

Opsmatix, an innovative provider of AI-powered omnichannel operations automation solutions, announces several strategic collaborations with Lysis Group. Lysis is the industry-leading client lifecycle management (CLM) and anti-money laundering advisory and support services firm. These include, being part of the newly launched Lysis Off-Grid workflow managed service offering and formalising an Opsmatix reseller agreement between the two firms. At the same time, Jon Sweet, founder and CEO of the Lysis Group, joins the Opsmatix executive advisory team.

The Opsmatix SaaS platform is an AI-powered omnichannel intelligent business automation solution that is being embedded into the new Lysis CML/AML Off-Grid Workflow managed service (OGW). With AI at the core of the OGW service, Opsmatix will provide users with vastly improved email management and remediation capabilities proven to reduce the cost overhead of this component by between 30% to 50%. Opsmatix already enables firms to reduce overall operating costs by some 40% whilst significantly improving customer and staff satisfaction rates.

Justin Forrest, CEO at Opsmatix, said:

The collaboration with Lysis on the OGW managed service offering is a perfect example of the flexibility of the Opsmatix AI solution. Email overload is a massive and very costly management overhead issue. With rising financial crime impacting virtually every business on the planet, the timing of this much-needed service could not be better. AI’s proven ability to streamline operational efficiency, specifically about email communications and deliver unrivalled operational resilience, is just one of the many reasons we are so excited to be an integral part of Lysis’s game-changing managed service offering.

We are also delighted to strengthen further this important collaboration by not only signing an Opsmatix AI reseller agreement with Lysis, we also welcome Jon to the Opsmatix executive advisory team. Having access to his deep understanding and unique insights on the overall regulatory compliance landscape will be highly beneficial for the team. Business needs AI, and we are looking forward to working closely with Jon and the Lysis team and developing compelling AI-driven offerings that support our combined clients’ business and operational transformation objectives.

Jon Sweet, Founder and CEO at Lysis, concluded:

We believe that AI is the future, so it gives me great pleasure to be working with the Opsmatix team on several different fronts. Firstly, being part of the firm’s executive advisory team demonstrates our firm belief and commitment to this highly innovative business. Secondly, our decision to embed Opsmatix into our off-grid workflow service to transform the management of vast volumes of email at pace is because we see this as a vital component of the offering. Finally, we are also delighted to have signed a reseller agreement with Opsmatix, enabling us to exploit the value AI will deliver to many of Lysis’s existing clients. We, too, are excited about the opportunities this multi-faceted relationship gives all parties.
