Lauren joined Jaid after 10 years at FIS (major fintech, F500) where she held various leadership roles ranging from risk & information security and regulatory compliance to M&A and global operations. She spent the last 5 years at FIS as a VP in the global client engagement organization, leading various CX and client relations teams focused on client product training, product onboarding, client support, client communications, and reporting & governance. She also served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer.

Lauren serves on the Board of Directors for two nonprofits – the DONNA Foundation (breast cancer research & survivorship) and Project for Hope (supporting single mothers and children in Guatemala). In her spare time, you can find her outdoors, playing pickle ball or at Orangetheory in Jacksonville, FL where she lives with her husband, Philip, and their dog, Mack.
